Lori Knowles, a seasoned journalist, co-editor of Ski Canada Magazine, and former Toronto Sun columnist, will share insights into her writing journey, the inspiration behind the novel, and the timeless charm of Muskoka that shaped her story. Perfect for fans of Elin Hilderbrand and Delia Owens, this event is a must for dockside readers and dreamers alike.

Books will be available for purchase and signing.

The 43rd Vintage Boat Show by ACBS is back. This FREE show features plenty to see and do on the Gravenhurst waterfront. Expect a great turnout of boats, both wood and glass, filling the slips at the docks. Crowd favourites will also be returning, including the Nautical Flea Market, Boats4Sale, and Vendors’ Alley. Look for a booth marked BOOKS! featuring Summers with Miss Elizabeth, a novel set in Muskoka by Lori Knowles, as well as The Endurable Alex Tilley, the non-fiction story of the Tilley hat by Nancy E. Beal.
